Please follow these steps:
1. Send us your reservation room request in the below form.
We will confirm that the room choice is still available. Please do not assume you’ve reserved a specific room until you receive a confirmation. Give us at least 48 hours to respond.
2. After receiving confirmation of your room reservation, you will send us a non-refundable* deposit of $1,000 per participant.
There are four options to pay: check, bank wire, credit card, and PayPal. We will send specific directions on how to pay through each option with your confirmation, but know that personal checks are free for all parties and the best way to go. (You’ll just need to take a photo of the front and back of a check, email it to us, then put that check in the mail). Credit cards will incur a 3% (in U.S.) or 4.5% (outside U.S.) processing fee.
Total balance is due by February 14th, 2022.
3. Please wait until you get an official registration confirmation (including confirmation that your deposit has cleared) before you book your flight.
*Important: if you register and then cancel for any reason, we cannot offer any refunds. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We are paying in advance for the hotel, food, and all else and won’t be able to get a refund ourselves, hence the requirement. What we can offer for cancellations is to transfer any credit to another retreat in Costa Rica at a later time.
If foul Covid interrupts and requires a full cancellation of the enter retreat (highly unlikely, but you never know) we will offer a credit for a rescheduled retreat in Costa Rica at a later date or a full refund minus any credit card service fees, should there be any. (Another reason it’s best to pay with a check.)
We don’t know what the Costa Rican government will require of travelers in May 2022. Be prepared to adhere to possibilities of having proof of a negative Covid-19 test, buying special Costa Rican insurance, filling out a variety of health forms, and/or other requirements. We will keep you apprised of the latest requirements as things move forward.

Standard Rooms
Each standard room offers one double and one single bed and includes daily housekeeping, air conditioning, ceiling fan, hot water, private bath, coffee maker, in-room safe, and organic toiletries. Standard room has a small outdoor patio and a hammock hanging out front. Can add a bed for triple occupancy.

Deluxe Queen Rooms
SOLD OUT! Deluxe queen rooms have one queen size bed and are located in a stand alone building that shares an outdoor patio space. These are good rooms for people wanting adjoining suites. Includes private bath, air conditioning, daily housekeeping, coffee maker, ceiling fan, and organic toiletries, and an in-room safe.

Deluxe Double Rooms
Deluxe double rooms have one queen and one double bed and are located in a free standing building. Can add another small bed in each rooms for triple occupancy discount. Includes a flat screen TV, daily housekeeping, mini fridge, coffee maker, air conditioning, ceiling fan, toiletries and an in-room safe.

Deluxe King Rooms
SOLD OUT! Deluxe king rooms have one king size bed and are located on the ground floor of free standing building overlooking the swimming pool. These rooms are perfect for couples or people who may want to be couples. Can add a single bed for double occupancy discount. Includes flat screen TV, daily housekeeping, a mini fridge, coffee makers, air conditioning, ceiling fan, toiletries and an in-room safe.

Deluxe Pool Room
SOLD OUT! Deluxe pool room has one very large king size bed and offers an outdoor patio overlooking one of two swimming pools. Includes its own outdoor patio, 32" flat screen TV, daily housekeeping, a mini fridge, coffee makers, air conditioning, ceiling fan, toiletries and an in-room safe.
This is a great option for those looking for a bit more privacy and space to stretch out.

Family Suites
Family Suites 1 & 2 have their own patios with tables and chairs and that look out over the pools. All mod cons including kitchenettes, separate air conditioners, mini fridge, and sofas.
The Family Suite 1 has one large king size bed and two single beds. (Triple occupancy in Family Suite 1 is $2890 per person.)
The Family Suite two has two large king beds.
