Breath Retreat | Southeast Asia

Spring 2024

James Nestor is a science journalist and author of the international bestseller book, Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art, which has been translated into more than 35 languages and has sold two million copies worldwide.

Nestor and a world-renowned team of breathing, movement, and biomechanics experts have come together to hold immersive four-day Breath Retreat workshops.

Each day guests learn the history, science, and practice of breathing techniques that date back more than 5,000 years, from Kundalini to Buteyko, Tummo to Kriyas, Pranayama to Wim Hof Method. Individualized assessments are coupled with multimedia presentations and group breathing sessions focused on optimizing breathing to induce states of deep focus, relaxation, heightened immune response, energy, as well as altered states of consciousness.

For the first-time ever, Breath Retreat is coming to Southeast Asia in Spring 2024. We welcome YPO to join us.

You will never breathe the same again.

What can breathing do for you?

For thousands of years ancient cultures used breathing as a medicine to help heal the body and calm the mind. Modern science has more recently shown that harnessing our breath can measurably reduce stress, blood pressure, anxiety, depression, snoring, chronic headaches, and even asthma as well as some autoimmune diseases.

In these immersive and intensive four-day retreats, world experts in the field of breathing and the biomechanics of breathing will explore a spectrum of techniques, from deeply relaxing to energizing and exhilirating.

Retreats are ALL INCLUSIVE of breathing instruction and practice, individualized assessments and training, alignment and biomechanics, as well as meals and non-alcoholic beverages. You’ll connect with extraordinary humans from all over the world.

At the close the retreat each guest will leave with a toolbox of breathing practices to improve their mental and physical state, anytime and anywhere, for years to come.
